NV Champagne R. Pouillon & Fils Extra Brut Premier Cru Rosé

Fabrice Pouillon makes this rosé with a clear idea of what he wants it to be. A serious Pinot Noir bubbly that still feels joyful and drinkable. It’s not just another pretty pink champagne, he aimed for depth, texture, and real personality in the glass.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the Premier Cru village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, it shows an intense copper-to-garnet color with aromas of ripe strawberry, raspberry, cherry, blood orange zest, rose petal, and a touch of licorice and spice. The palate is juicy and vibrant, with fine persistent bubbles, creamy texture, mineral tension, and a long, dry, saline finish.

Fabrice deliberately keeps the dosage low so the pure fruit and chalky energy of the wine stay front and center.
