FAQs

Where do you ship?

Currently, we can only ship to individuals in Michigan, Florida, Alaska, and Washington D.C.

Extreme Weather Disclaimer

Extreme temperatures experienced during transit can be detrimental to the wine you order. Shipping during periods of heat or extreme cold is at your own risk. Use the weather in your area as a guide when making shipping arrangements. During times of extreme heat or cold, we will gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. We do not advise shipping via ground during temperatures over 80°F (26°C) or under 32°F (0°C) – doing so risks damage to the wine.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure your wine arrives in optimal condition. Thank you for understanding and for your continued support.

Do you take returns?

Unfortunately, due to state laws, we are unable to accept returns of wine

What if my wine is faulted?

We take the utmost care to ensure that all the wine we sell has been carefully stored and remains in sound condition. Unfortunately, TCA (or “cork taint”) is an anomaly that not even winemakers can control. Generally speaking, all of our wine is sold as-is, though we do encourage you to send us an email if you discover any issues with your wine upon opening.

Do you offer In-Store Pickup?

Yes, we are open to those who would like to pick up their wines in store following our business hours. Orders should be ready for pick-up within 24 hours.
