Made entirely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the prestigious Grand Cru vineyards in the hilltop village of Cramant (distinct from cremant, the term for all French sparkling wines produced using the champagne method outside of Champagne). This Blanc de Blancs Champagne is Lilbert's signature offering, with a heritage dating back to 1746. With an annual production of just 2,300 cases, each bottle undergoes traditional hand riddling every morning. This Champagne is exceptionally focused, featuring a delicate mousse and flavors of chalky apricot, lime, and yellow orchard fruits, culminating in a refined and lingering finish.
