This luminous wine is bright and lively, with a crisp acidity that frames vivid aromas of lime, pear, and ripe peach. After harvest, the wine is immediately fermented in small oak barrels, where it rests for nearly a year, undergoing gentle bâtonnage to enhance its texture. After 16 months, the wine is expertly blended and bottled, showcasing a refined balance of freshness and depth.
