Domaine Jean Dauvissat Chablis 2022

Founded in 1955 by Jean Dauvissat in the village of Milly, just outside Chablis, Domaine Dauvissat has been a family-run estate for three generations. Fabien Dauvissat, Jean’s grandson, has led the domaine since 2009, with no relation to the more widely known Vincent Dauvissat. Upon taking over, Fabien had two clear goals: transitioning the estate to organic farming and rebuilding the brand to expand its export markets. Today, the domaine spans 22 hectares across seven communes and 53 distinct parcels, offering a comprehensive reflection of the Chablis appellation. They produce 45,000 to 60,000 bottles annually, showcasing a deep commitment to both tradition and innovation.
