NV Billecart-Salmon Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut Champagne

Billecart-Salmon is a family-owned Champagne house founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, known for its elegant, precise style and long lees aging.

Blanc de Blancs is pure Chardonnay from the Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs.  It shows a luminous golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles and aromas of lemon zest, sliced apple, pear, brioche, fresh butter, white flowers and chalky minerality. Palate is creamy, layered with orchard fruit, pastry notes and a long, fresh saline.
