Agrapart & Fils '7 Crus' Brut NV

Les 7 Crus, a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, comes from from 70% Grand Cru and 30% Premier Cru vineyards from the seven villages around Avize: Avize, Oger, Oily and Cramant for the Grand Crus, and Avenay Val d'Or, Bergères les Vertus and Mardeuil for the Premier Crus. All wines undergo malolactic conversion with one-quarter of the wine aged in old, neutral 600L casks, and the remainder aged in stainless steel tanks. It is aged on the less for 24-36 months.

Bright and precise, both creamy and zesty, with opulent fruit, citrus, floral and almond notes
