2023 Marchesi Antinori Tignanello

Marchesi Antinori is one of Italy’s most historic and influential wine families, producing Tignanello—the pioneering Super Tuscan first released in 1971—from their Tignanello estate in the heart of Chianti Classico.

The 2023 vintage shows an intense ruby color with notes of ripe cherries, pomegranates, and oranges, followed by delicate hints of hibiscus and violets, sweet spices of cocoa and pencil lead, white pepper, and cranberries. The palate is precise and pure with a juicy, mouth-filling mid-palate, silky supple tannins, and a long, savory finish of blood oranges and roasted hazelnuts.
