2023 Domaine Antonin Guyon Gevrey-Chambertin La Justice

Domaine Antonin Guyon is a substantial family estate, now guided by Dominique Guyon and his daughter Hombeline. They farm a serious range of holdings across the Côte d’Or with care and consistency, producing wines that balance generosity with clear site expression.

La Justice is a village parcel on clay-limestone soils with vines averaging around 45 years old. The 2023 was made with 25% whole clusters and a long, gentle fermentation. It opens with elegant, fragrant aromas of red and blue berries, morello cherry, blackcurrant and a touch of mineral tension. On the palate it is refined and pure, with a generous yet silky texture, perfectly integrated tannins, and a lovely balance of power, freshness and length.  A Gevrey that feels both complete and inviting.
