2023 Del Dotto Vineyards Cave Blend

Del Dotto Vineyards is known for its elaborate cave cellars and barrel tasting experiences in Napa Valley. The Cave Blend has been a house staple since 2000, an approachable, everyday red assembled each year from multiple vineyard sites across the valley and aged in the caves. 

It opens with inviting aromas of dark bramble fruit and ripe black cherry, layered with cinnamon and dried rose petal. On the palate it is supple and polished, showing dark plum, blackberry, and warm baking spice with soft tannins and a silky texture. The finish is smooth, generous, and lingering — versatile and ready to drink.

Grape: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 9% Zinfandel, 7% Sangiovese, 1% Cabernet Franc
