2017 Champagne Salmon Special Club

This is a true grower’s Champagne from the Salmon family in Chaumuzy, and it’s one of their Special Club bottlings—the highest distinction an independent producer can earn. It’s pure Pinot Meunier, zero dosage, so it’s bone-dry and really lets the grape and the terroir speak. You get that toasty brioche and stone-fruit character with a creamy texture and a long, clean finish.

Champagne you don’t see every day. Produced in very limited quantities, only a few thousand bottles with disgorgement in 2023. Perfect if you want something with real personality with enough body to handle a little fat or salt. Think lobster, roasted chicken or even spiced Asian dishes.
